Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns collected via Google Analytics.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Dablin ("Service"), a product of Beneflic ("we", "us"). By using Dablin, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Dablin is an AI-powered product description generator for e-commerce sellers, developed and operated by Beneflic. It allows users to generate SEO-optimized product titles, meta descriptions, feature bullets, and HTML content using a credit-based system.

2. Account Registration

To use Dablin, you must create an account via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Credits and Payments

New accounts receive 3 free credits upon registration.
Additional credits can be purchased in one-time packs (no subscription).
Credits are non-refundable once used.
Unused credits do not expire.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Dablin to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or fraudulent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
Circumvent credit limits or access controls
Use automated tools to generate descriptions beyond your credit balance

5. Generated Content

You own the content generated using Dablin. Beneflic grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and publish descriptions generated through the service for any lawful commercial purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing. Beneflic does not guarantee that generated descriptions are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific products.

6. Intellectual Property

Dablin's interface, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of Beneflic. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of our platform without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dablin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Beneflic does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or achieve particular SEO results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beneflic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dablin, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using credits you purchased, contact us at hello@dablin.co within 14 days and we will review your case.

10. Termination

Beneflic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dablin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
